First of all, thank you for your interest in ReliaTrust. On behalf of the team, we are thrilled you took the time to visit our website.

I want to share with you my vision for this company. As stated on our home page, our business is driven by passion. To keep that passion alive, I hire professionals with unbridled enthusiasm and I reward initiative, creativity, expertise, and resolve. I invest in excellence, both in the people who work here and in the training, tools, and support they need to excel at their jobs. This, in turn, enables us to provide the highest levels of quality and performance to our clients and partners.

We at ReliaTrust are also passionate about quality and industry best practices. We believe in ISO 9001 and CMMI industry best practices. Members of our team hold ITIL® and PMP® certifications. Internally, we employ controls, processes, and procedures that drive us to ever-higher levels of performance. For our clients, our solutions are delivered within best-practice frameworks and governed by processes that are proven, repeatable, and continuously improving. I know that many companies pay homage to these practices, but to paraphrase the song, "we embraced quality before quality was cool."

Every company has a culture, and ReliaTrust's is characterized by a "whatever it takes" work ethic that drives us to always honor our commitments to our clients, partners, and to each other. Our employees know "good enough" is neither. Every aspect of our performance is informed by the highest standards of integrity and by our philosophy that meeting the needs of our customers is our number one priority. As an immigrant in 1975 and now a proud American citizen, I have unbounded patriotism for this great country that gives me opportunities that I dared not dream. I look forward every day to the opportunity to "pay it forward" by creating an environment where ReliaTrust employees are motivated to do the right thing—for our clients, our partners, our community, and one another. I founded ReliaTrust based on the old-fashioned values of honesty, fairness, and respect for others, and it is my privilege to mentor my employees to achieve their highest potential, both personally and professionally.
